Energy Program Management - Energy Ace, Inc., and its associates can provide you with Program Management, a.k.a. Construction Management (CM) Agency services to manage the implementation and realization of your energy program plans whether retrofit projects or new building construction.

Procurement Consulting - After your Energy Program report is prepared, implementation of recommendations should follow. Some Owners implement projects with their own funds; others use Performance Contracting. For Owners implementing with their own funds, Energy Ace plans, organizes and project manages the process, including procurement management as desired. This can include preparation of an RFP with a scope of work and project narratives and sketches, evaluation of proposals, leadership of the Selection Committee, negotiation with the successful bidder, and project oversight during design and construction.
