Whole Building Commissioning

Whole Building Commissioning from Energy Ace includes envelope commissioning and commissioning of fire/life safety systems. 

Envelope commissioning is a high-value service intended to identify potential water and air intrusion problems in the design phase via design reviews by trained professionals, and to perform envelope testing during construction to reveal water infiltration problems in wall, window and door sections.  Energy Ace works with highly qualified consultants for the construction phase testing.  

Fire/life safety system commissioning is both a design phase and construction phase activity to assure the Owner via independent 3rd party verification that the vital fire/life safety systems of fire protection and fire alarms works properly and is properly integrated with other building systems such as HVAC and elevators.
